TERM AND CONDITIONS
1. Premiums are payable monthly.
2. Premiums must be paid for life, and no refunds are issued if the policy is cancelled.
3. If a client misses one month’s payment, full services will continue to be provided.
4. New members are subject to a 6-month waiting period AND The waiting period for members will depend on
their enrolment date.
5. Rejoining members also face a 6-month waiting period.
6. A 12-month waiting period applies to suicide cases.
7. No waiting period is required for accident death.
8. Policies will lapse after 3 months of non-payment, with a 6-month waiting period upon reinstatement.
9. Once the policy number or member certificate is issued and the first payment is paid, there is No removal
and replacement of the existing member if you reach the maximum number of your choice option which is
10 and 13
10. If the maximum number of members (10 or 13) is reached and a member passes away, replacement incurs
additional charges based on age.
11. The policy begins when the first premium is received, and the 6-month waiting period is counted from that
date.
12. New members and lapsed policies from January 1, 2023, will not include grocery or bus benefits without
extra fees.
13. Lapsed policies as of January 1, 2023, are subject to new terms, as outlined in the updated pamphlet.
14. Premiums during the waiting period must be paid continuously; missed payments will extend the waiting
period accordingly.
15. Newborn information must be submitted within six weeks of birth.
16. Claims will be processed within 48 hours after the required documents are submitted.
17. Monthly premiums must be paid at specified stores, and payments to agents are at the client’s risk. Claims
require proof of payment.
18. Premiums must be paid by the 8th of each month.
19. Claims cannot be converted into cash, as this is strictly a funeral plan.
20. If a person is covered by multiple policies, only one will pay out, and the others will be forfeited.
21. All claims are subject to a waiting period which is 6 months.
22. The coverage area is limited to 100 km; additional charges apply for longer distances.
23. Funeral services such as the via, doctor’s letter, home décor, name board, and graveyard are not covered
and must be paid for by the family.
24. Any premium increase will be announced with a 30-day notice.
25. Groceries must be collected from the provider’s premises every Thursday.

• Children aged 0-5 receive 25% of the main member’s cover, ages 6-13 receive 50%, and ages 14-21 receive
100%.
